Namita Bhagavathula has fifteen years of utility experience working at Con Edison and Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) as an Engineer. She has held roles in Asset Management and Project Engineering.
Her utility experience includes 4kV to 500kV substation design. Typical project scopes include upgrading aging infrastructure, storm hardening and resiliency of substations. Namita has been involved in these efforts starting early on at the project development phase, with responsibilities including project scope development, risk analysis, cost estimating, and continuing through engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction.
Namita is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), having earned her master’s degree in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
